TO THE HONORABLE COUNTY JUDGE AND THE COPMISSIONERS COURT
OF COLLIN COUNTY, TEXAS:
The Town of Prosper, a Municipal Corporation, acting by and
through its Mayor and City Commissioners, respectfully represents,
as follows:
That heretofore, on the 16th day of I -ay, 1914, there was an
election held within the corporate limits of the Town of Prosper,
to determine whether said Town should incorporate and adopt the
commission form of Government, and after the election on said date
which was held in said Town of Prosper, the County Judge of Collin
County, Texas, canvassed the results of said election and filed
the same, and recorded same in the Minutes of the Commissioners
Court as more fully appears from the records of said Court in
Vol. 15, on pages 71-72, of the Minutes of this Commissionerts
Court and the same is here referred to for a more particular
description;
That in said Order, declaring the results of said election,
there was incorporated a description of the territorial limits
of the Town of Prosper and the fourth call in said description
of said territorial limits is a mistake and error, said call
reading as follows:
"THENCE WEST 39 chains and 30 links to the NORTHEAST
corner of said Lot No. 27";
That it was intended that said call should read as follows:
"=CE WEST 39 chains and 30 links to the NORTHWEST
corner of said Lot No. 27";
And that said mistake should be corrected.
Therefore these applicants respectfully petition this Court
and the County Judge to amend said Order so recorded in Vol. 15,
pages 71-72, of the Minutes of the Commissioners Court.

This the L�fday of March, 1960, the Commissioners Court of
Collin County, Texas, at a regular meeting thereof, upon reading
and considering the foregoing application; the said County Judge
and the Commissioners Court are of the opinion that the same should
be granted;
And it is therefore the Order, Judgment and Decree of this
Court and the County Judge that said Order entered in Volume 15,
pages 71-72, of the itinutes of the Commissioners Court be, and
the same is hereby amended and shall hereafter read as follows:
The fourth call in the description of the territorial limits
of the Town of Prosper as therein set out reading:
"THENCE oVLST 39 chains and 30 links to the NORTHEAST
corner of said Lot 27, in said Survey # 12;"
Is hereby changed, altered, and corrected and shall here-
after read:
1960.
"THENCE WEST 39 chains and 30 links to the NORTHNEST
corner of said Lot 27, in said Survey # 12;"
And said minutes are hereby so amended.2 /'
