RESOLUTION 21-01
A RESOLUTION OF THE PROSPER ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT CORPORATION
BOARD OF DIRECTORS ESTABLISHING A REAL ESTATE COMMITTEE;
PROVIDING A REPEALING CLAUSE; AND PROVIDING FOR AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
WHEREAS, the Board of Directors desires to establish a real estate committee consisting
of members appointed by the Board of Directors from time to time.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF
THE PROPER ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT CORPORATION THAT:

There is hereby established a real estate committee consisting of members appointed by
the Board of Directors from time to time to perform such duties as may be assigned from time to
time regarding real estate matters pertaining to the Prosper Economic Development Corporation
and/or the Town of Prosper.
SECTION 2
Any and all resolutions, rules, regulations, policies, or provisions in conflict with the
provisions of this Resolution are hereby repealed and rescinded to the extent of any conflict
herewith.
