Wednesday, December 13, 2006 at 7:00 p.m.
1. Welcome by Town staff.
Mayor Niswanger welcomed the public and introduced the councilmembers present.
Council present included: Mayor Niswanger, Dave Turley, Lisa Dritschler, David Bristol, and Mike
Wadsworth.
Staff present included: Doug Mousel, Interim Town Manager; Hulon Webb, Jr., Director of Development
Services; and Matthew Denton,Town Secretary.
2. Presentation by Town staff addressing the current issues of the downtown and the possible
changes to zoning, development, and design standards of the Old Town Core District
designation of the Town's Future Land Use Plan. The portion of the Old Town Core District
to be discussed is bounded by First Street to the south, Coleman Street to the west, Preston
Road to the east,and Prosper High School to the north.
Doug Mousel, Interim Town Manager, gave a presentation.
3. Public input.
Doug Mousel, Interim Town Manager, and Mayor Niswanger answered question from the audience. i
4. Adjourn.
The meeting was adjourned at 8:20 p.m.
