The Town of Prosper City Council met in regular session Tuesday,
January 12, 1962 at 7s00 P. Nl. in the conference room of the Prosper
State bank, wi-rthmayor, Halph C. foyer, Councilmen, Cecil Norris,
Stan Webb, Danny Webb and John Cockrell present, and Dan Christie
absent.
The mayor called the meeting to order and recognized Jerry Lockard
of Texas Power & Light Co. ov
Motion by Danny Webb to pass Ordinance #62-1, suspendinj for 120 "^
days T.P.& L. Procedure for Fuel Adjustment Cost. Second, John
Cockrell and passed unanimously.
An informal discussion was held with the residents of Prestonview
Estates.
Motion by Cecil Norris that meter deposits be required of the
now existing customers, when and if said customers become delin-
quent. and water has to be cut off; and for any new residents
moving into the sub -division. Second Danny Webb and passed
unanimously.
The minutes of the previous meeting were read and approved.
The FiSancial Heports for December were reviewed and accepted.
Motion by Danny Webb to make 1961 Series, General Obligation
bond payment frcam Bond Account, and balance of interest payment
from the Water Works account. Second Cecil Norris and passed
unanimously.
Motion by Danny Webb to appoint Dan Tolleson Sr. and Ernest �_�•z 1;
Chesney Sr. to serve as representatives to the Collin -Denton v�
County Water & Sanitation District. Second Cecil Norris and passed /
unnnimously.
There being no furthur business the meeting was adjourned.
