"Those Present.: Mayor Stephen Coffman, Jim Dunmire, Larry Tracey, Janet Phillips, and Charles Niswanger. Call to order: Mayor Coffman called the meeting to order. Consent Items: Motion by Larry Tracey and seconded by Jim Dunmire to approve the consent items. Charles Niswanger did not vote. Motion carried. Comments from Citizens: Ms. Mullendore expressed concern for her driveway where it meets the edge of the street. She thinks there is a water leak. Mickey Clark will look into the situation. Ronnie will meet with the council in a work session in two weeks to discuss the goals of the city and fire department for ambulance service. Motion by Jim Dunmire and seconded by Larry Tracey to approve the purchase of communication equipment for the fire trucks. Motion carried. The phones to be purchased cost $49.00 each and the service plan is for 500 minutes per employee and is a rate of $39.95 per month per phone. Toby is to pay $737.03 on his current water bill and the council will decide how the remainder of the bill is to be paid. Action on approval of Ordinance No. 99-54 for Collin Countv: Motion by Larry Tracey and seconded by Charles Niswanger to approve Ordinance No. 99-54. Motion carried. Tim Morris, City Engineer, agrees with the proposed changes. The council did not object to the replatting. The council has until May 1, 2000 to decide if they want to accept the loan. No action was taken.
