4. Consider and Take Action on Resolution Regarding House Bill 1935, 83`d Texas Legislative Session
5. Discuss and Possibly Take Action on the PEDC Work Plan for 2013
6. Convene into Closed Executive Session: Pursuant to Texas Government Code, Section 551.087; Deliberation of
Economic Development Negotiations: To Deliberate Commercial and Financial Information and Economic
Incentives for the following:
• Prosper Business Park
7. Remain in Closed Executive Session: Pursuant to Texas Government Code 551.074 to Deliberate the following:
• Personnel: Discussion of Creation of Economic Development Specialist Position
8. Reconvene into Regular Session and take any Action Necessary as a Result of the Executive Session
9. Executive Director's Report: Administrative and Marketing Activities of the PEDC and Upcoming Events
10. Adjourn
