Brady Cox & Lena Smith (Citizens): Addressed the commission and presented information on the request. Spoke in opposition to the request due to concerns regarding entry, exit, visibility, public access, improper use of private property by general public, master plan disparity and detracts from luxury homes appeal of the current development. Maxwell Fisher (Applicant): Responded to Citizens comments regarding proposed trail, surrounding properties and traffic access. Don Silverman (Owner): Gave public comments addressing concerns of citizens and history of the development. Commissioners questioned Silverman regarding landscape replacement and maintenance responsibilities. Don Silverman (Owner): Addressed landscaping questions.
