Special Called Meeting of the
Prosper Economic Development Corporation
601 South Church Street, Prosper, Texas
Prosper First Baptist Church Children's Building -(South Wing)
Tuesday, November 9, 2004 6:00 p.m.
1. Meeting was called to order by Board Chairman, Ray Smith, at 6:00 p.m.
Members present were: Bob Luckock, Lisa Dritschler, Jim Campbell and Dan
Tolleson.
2. The Pledge of Allegiance was led by the Mayor, Charles Niswanger.
3. Motion to recess into Closed Session with compliance with Section 551.001
et. Seq. Texas Government Code, to wit:
Deliberations regarding commercial or financial information that the
Prosper Economic Development Corporation has received from business
prospects that the Prosper Economic Development Corporation seeks to
have locate, stay, or expand in the Town and with which the Prosper
Economic Development Corporation is, conducting economic development
negotiations for retail and commercial development.
Motion was made by Jim Campbell and seconded by Bob Luckock to recess
into closed session. Motion carried 5-0. Time: 6:19 p.m.
4. Motion to reconvene into open session was made by Jim Campbell and
seconded by Lisa Dritschler. Motion carried by vote to 5-0. Time 7:37 p.m.
5. No action necessary as a result of closed session.
6. Motion to adjourn was made by Lisa Dritschler and seconded by Dan
Tolleson. Vote was 5-0.
7. Adjourned at 7:40 p.m.
