Receive a presentation on the Prosper THRIVES Program.(JE)
The Town of Prosper Executive Team and Directors worked together to
define the Town’s culture. With collaborations and input from all of
those involved, the executive staff and directors were unanimous in
their decision that Prosper THRIVES embodies the culture of our

Councilperson Amy Bartley recently
recognized Parks Planner Parviz Shakeri
with a THRIVES coin.Parviz was very
helpful in assisting a developer to
understand tree mitigation and was praised
for his knowledge and help through the
process.
Mary Branch received a THRIVES coin.
Mary went above and beyond to assist the
food truck vendor who was new to the
annual permitting process.Mary took the
time to answer all their questions and
educate the vendor on the Mobile
Permitting process.
First Impressions at Town Hall
Town Manager Harlan Jefferson received an e-mail
praising Holly Estes: which read "Just wanted to let you
know how sharp, informed and polite she was. It was nice
to see someone working so hard to do her job and please
others."
Thank you to Holly for displaying the THRIVE qualities
and going above and beyond to assist visitors.

written notice of appeal on behalf of the Town Council to the
Development Services Department, pursuant to Chapter 4,

Ordinance, regarding action taken by the Planning & Zoning
Commission on any Site Plan or Preliminary Site Plan,
including CHC Prosper Trail, PISD, Preston Commons, and

as contained in Section XIII of the Appendix to the Town Code
