Consent Agenda
Items placed on the Consent Agenda are considered routine in nature and non-controversial. The Consent Agenda can be acted upon in one motion. Items may be removed from the Consent Agenda by the request of Council Members or staff. Zoning-related Public Hearing items on the Consent Agenda have received a unanimous recommendation for approval by the Planning & Zoning Commission, and no written opposition was received prior to the posting of this agenda. replacing it with a new Article 1.06, “Records

Consider and act upon repealing Resolution No. 13-51
and replacing with a resolution delegating authority to
the Town’s Purchasing Manager to determine the best
method of procurement for the purchase of goods and

authorizing a grant application to the Office of the
Governor for a FY 2020-2021 Justice Assistance Grant
