Description
To avoid federal enforcement actions,NTMWD and the
Communities have collaborated to produce the Regional
Capacity,Management,Operation and Maintenance
(RCMOM)Coordination Plan.The current efforts will
include a three year phase effort.

Phase 1. (FY 2017-2018)
Develop and Update Model:
•Phase 1A –Fully define the NTMWD and Community
system extents,and perform initial data collection efforts
and date gap assessments.
•Phase 1B –Complete data collection,model
construction and perform flow monitoring.

Capacity Assessment:
•Assess system capacity for level of service and planning
horizon.
Phase 3. (FY 2020)

RCMOM.
•To allow NTMWD access to community infrastructure
