request for a Variance to Section 1.09 of the Sign
Ordinance regarding Wood Frame Signs for Tribute
Senior Living in the Prosper Town Center development,
located on the northeast corner of Preston Road and First

•Tabled at the June 13th and July 11 th Town Council
meeting to allow for Special Purpose Sign District
application,clarification on the proposed timeframe the
signs are permitted to remain,and concern with the
precedent set for off -site signs.
HISTORY
•Subject to removal of the wood frame signs from the
property at or before issuance of a Certificate of
Occupancy,or at or before issuance of a permit for a
unified development sign which provides advertising
for the Tribute Senior Living facility,whichever occurs
first.
