Connecting History & Community4Informative Markers are integrated into the connecting “Boulevard Experience”. They provide anopportunity to engage and educate the community. Constructed of etched glass panels held by acorten steel base.From mule-drawn wagon to the horse-drawn buggy to the modernautomobile, the information tobe provided on the historic markers will include:• The Town of Prosper’s Proud History• North Texas History• Select Moments of Ford History & the Life of Henry Ford.

Light Pollution & Light Trespass Reduction SystemsLED Lighting & Light Level Reduction18• The proposed design effectively provides exterior lighting to enhance the view of the cars whilereducing light pollution and light trespass beyond the lighting boundary or property lines.• High efficient LED lighting, such as “CREE’ Edge, help to create effective exterior illuminancewhile reducing overall light levels.• Light management systems will be used to reduce lamp power during non-business hours.• Proposed illumination levels shall conform to the standards expressed by IlluminatingEngineering Society (IES).Our overall goal is to increase night sky access, improve nighttime visibility and reduce theconsequences of development on people and wildlife.
