Because the Town's Sales Tax Revenue is increasing,
2008 2009 2010 2011 2012 2013 2014
Adopted Tax Rate 0.520000 0.520000 0.520000 0.520000 0.520000 0.520000 0.520000

Staff comments:
“a place where everyone matters”
•Configuration of downtown roadways not conducive to a
typical downtown.
•“Zoning does a great job of eliminating the uses you don’t want,
but doesn’t encourage the uses you do want.”–John Webb, 2015
Proposed Plan of Action:p
•Need a market analysis to find out what can be done with the
downtown to complement the surrounding proposed
developments and make it a viable destination. This requires
am investment strategy.
