(CA12-0001) (CC) “a place where everyone matters” DNT Backage Roads The thoroughfare plan calls for paralleling system of streets to support anticipated corridor development along the Dallas North Tollway. Sometimes referred as backage roads, these roads help to support development connectivity and accessibility. At Prosper Trail, a realignment of the backage road east of the Tollway was Identified and recommends that it be shifted to the western property line of Prestonwood Baptist to avoid the planned future sanctuary to avoid existing development and retain continuity for development opportunity to the north and south. This realigned commercial collector would still allow for 400-600’ lot depth for properties along the Tollway.
