Discussing personnel or to hear complaints against personnel.
Considering the standards, guidelines, terms or conditions the City Council will follow, or will instruct its representatives to follow, in

The Prosper City Council Chambers are wheelchair accessible. Access to the building and special parking are
available at the primary West entrance facing Main Street. Persons with disabilities who plan to attend this meeting
