12.10.1973a Town Council MinutesThe width of upper 5th street was discussed. No final decision rel-ched. 131 Resulting from complaints from citizens regarding; annoyance of dogs within the city, Mayor Mullendore reported that he had spoken with the mayor of Frisco, Mr. Baccus, who stated that for a nominal fee, dogs may be brought to their city pound. No action taken. J. T. Johnson recommended that F. K. Mullendore contact the city attorney to be advised upon drawing up an animal ordinance. Speeding on 7th street was discusse r d. r . K. 11-allendore reported that he had met with the student body at school e discuss this problem and asked that they themselves encourage few students to correct this problem. Reports and discussion on work done by the Frisco R. R. at the crossing on first street - the R. R. h.avinE installed a 50' 361, culvert to divert the tiwater...Rock applied to streets during the past few weeks. Motion made by Cecil I,Iorris, seconded by J, T. Johnson that the council approve the request - Motion carried. Ordinance No. 73-12 was left with tl,e secretary. 11r. Bomar then presented the terms of the franchise amreement on street rental to be increased from 2 o to 3% effective 11arch 1, 1973. Copy signed by Mayor Mullendore and left with the secretary.
