Pete Norris and Joe Te_:.plin also attended the-meeting.The purpose of
themecting was to discuss laying sewer line and installing :-Lanholes
to provide sewer service to property owners on east fifth street.
:r:Tr Betts discussed the engiheering aspects of this proposed line.
After a discussion of the needs and cost involved,a motion was —ade
by Cecil Norris,seconded by Joyce Kincaid yhat tmt the Council ask for
bids. the bids to be sub -pitted for the line and r:anholes separately

that a fee of.W),„,350,00 be charged to any prospective user to use
