Seconded by Wallace Vickers that all bills be paid as presented to date

Russell Betts gave a report on His=lieeting with State Officials in Austin
in regard to recieving financial aid for purpose of 'making additions and
i.iproving Tomi Of Prosper Water Works and Sewre systems.
