October 13 1969.
City council met with following members present Ralph boyer, Wallace
Vickers, Lee Gilmer. Charles Webb and Charles Bell.
Minutse of last meeting read and approved.
Motion made by Charles Webb and seconded by Lee Gilmer that all bills
be paid as presented to date, motion carried.
Motion made and carried for city to pay for manholes installed on
third street.
After some discussion in regard to school road it was decided to
contact Mr Fowler of McKinney for his opinion as to placing oil on
School road and also as to probable cost.
City Secretary was instructed to contact Texas municipal League in
regard to securing copy of ordinances covering street improvements
and mobile home ordinances effecting cities operating under the
general law. r

November 4 1969.
City council met with following members present Ralph Boyer,Charles
Bell, Charles Webb, Lee Gilmer, Wallace Vickers and Bates Byrom.
Meeting was called for purpose of hearing proposal by Childs Invest
ment Co in regard to placing Mobile Park on Highway ;#289 adjacent to
Prosper City Limits joining School property.
After some discussion regarding water usage it was decided to pass
it on for futher study.

The Prosper City council met in a called meeting; on November 17 1Q69
with the following members present Ralph Boyer,Bates Byrom,Lee Gilmer
Charles Webb, and Charles Bell,
Minutes of last meeting read and approved.
Motion made by Charles Bell, seconded by Charles Webb that all bills
be paid as presented to date, motiom carried.
There being no futher bu iness meeting adjourned.

December 8 1969.
The Prosper City council met with following members present -Ralph Boyer
Charles 'debb,Bates ;Byrom,Charles Bell and Lee Gilmer.
Invocation w<-s gizzen by C.G.Hays.
Raymond Nealof Lone Star Gas Co met with city council and explained
proposed rate increase for gas served to the town of Prosper.
After Mr Neal had presented hi.s figures for a rate increase , City
Council passed this request untill next regular rrieeting.
John Kincaid appeared before City Council and asked for more water
pressurein his area of town as they only had a three: quarter inch
serving several customers.Action on this matter was passed untill
next regular meeting in order to bring up some figures as to cost
of installing larger lines and fire plug,s.rdotion made by Charles Bell
seconded by Lee Groner that all bills be paid as presented to date
