Minutes Town of Prosper 6-10-68
The City Council met with Bates Byrom,Chas.Bell, LeeGilmer ,
Wallace Vickers and C.G.Hays present.
The minutes of the last meeting held on May 6,68 were read and approved
as written with no corrections or objections.
The motion was made by Lee Gilmer and seconded by C.E.Bell and carried
that all bills presented to date be paid .

The City Council met on call with Lee Gilmer, Bates Brrom, Wallace Vickers,
Chas.Webby C.E.Bell, and C.G.Hays present.
The minutes of the meeting held on June 6th were read and approved as written
with no objections or correction.
A motion was made C.E.Bell and seconded by Lee Gilmer that the City Council
meet On Tuesday July 2nd, 1968 at the Prosper Community center for the
purpose of hearing any tax appeals. The meeting to be advertised in a local
paper and to begin at 06:00 PM and to adjourn at 08:00 PM.

Minutes Town of Prosper July 2, 1968
The City Council met with C.G.Hays, Chas.Webb, Lee Gilmer, Charles Bell,
Wallace Vickers, and Bates Byrom present.
The Council met for the purpose of hearing tax appeals. The McKinney Examiner
carried an add stating the date and time of the meeting 14 days prior to
July 2, 1968. The meeting was adjourned at 08:00 P.M. with no citizen
having appeared.
