F.oard of Aldei men September 7, 1965
The City Council met with the following members present;
Mayor C.G. Hays, Lee Gilmer, F.?1. Durham, R.F. Willis,
Charles TPlebb_, and Charles Pell. A motion was made and
seconded that all hills be payed up to date.
Mayor Nays appointed R.H. Willis and Lee Gilmer to see
about an asphalt machine to use on the streets in the
city of Prosper.
.,otion -Wade and seconded that Richard Gotcher and Johnny
RolleY were to see after the i•rater works and other rerairs
of water leaks or meter reading; and sewer system.
Motion made and seconded that the water bills that are de-
linquent be paid on the loth of the month and a five day
,,;race to pay bills if not paid by the 15th of the mor_�th.
Service will then be cut off and a .42.00 reconect will be
chart.;ed. All delinquent customers will be notified by the
city, coup cil.
action motion made 9nd seconded that the rrayor have city
attorney to prepare a city ordinance prohibiting the burning;
of ' urrs or trash in the city limits of Prosper.

The City Coux,xil met with the following members present;
Mayor C.G. Hays, Lee Gilmer, R.P. Willis, Charles Webb,
E.W. Durham, and Charles Fell. Motion -rzde to pay ':ills
up to late.
?,:otion made and seconded that the street work be finished
on Main Street up to the Highway.
Motion made and seconded that the sewer from Carson Gotcher's
to J.T. Sterling's be checked for cost to complete to J.E.
Sterling'6 property line.
Motion made and seconded that 1-inch line be installed to
Eoyce Stanton's property line, which is a distance of 125
feet.
