City Council met with the following; members present; Lee
Gilmer, Durham, Charles ',Jell, Charles Fell, R.H. Willis,
and 'ayor C.G. H&ys. Motion i:ade and seconded that the
expenses of C.L. Gotcher to attend a school on sewer and
water at McKinney.. motion made and seconded that a 6-inch
main water line be installed beEinnin6 at the water tower
end ending at the City li:.,r_its due east of the water tower
on First Street, and a 2-inch line also installed north to
the John Carey residence. Also to extend the sewer line
from the Troy 3tansell property to extend in a south ea-,_t
direction to the property line of T.M. liuL;hs and the I.J.-D.
