The City Council Met With The Following Members Present,
CHARLES BELL, LEE GIIMER, R.H.M LLIS, AND C.G.HAYS.
MOTION MADE by Lee Gilmer and Second by Charles Bell,.tbat
the City Council give all of their support to the Prosper
Garden Club.For the Pourpose of cleaning,and Beatt*f ng
The City Of Prosper.
Motion made by R.H.Willis,And second by Charles Bell,That
all 'kills be paid up to date.
Motion made by Charles Bell,And second by R.H.WU lis that
The Tax Roll be approved for the Year of 1967-Motion cared

Town Of Prosper Oct. 3-1967
The City Council met with the following members present,
Lee Gilmer,B.W.Darbam,Charles Bell, Charles Webb,and C.G.
Hays. R.E.Neal Ustric* Mgr.Of Lone Star Gas Co.,Met with
City Council and prsented proposed new rate scheaule for
City of Prosper.Which mould amount to an increase of
aprox.26cents per month to each meter.
Motion made by Charles Bell,and Second by B.W.Durham,that
Ordinancebe passed on first reading as presented by gas co.
asking for raise in gas rates in City of Prosper,Futhermore
that a copy be placed in City Files.Motion cared by a 5 to 0
Vote. Meeting Adjourned.

The City Council met with the Following members present Lee
Gilmer,Charles Bell, Charles Webb,and C.G.Hays.
Minutes of last meeting was read and approved.
Motion made by Charles Bell,and second by Charles Webb that
City repair First Street where needed,with pea gravel and
asphoet. Charles Webb,and Charles Bell Appointed as -a comm-
ittee to oversee repair job.
Motion made and carried to elect R.H.Willis,as repesentative
to small Cities Asociction with regards to farming by Laws
resolutions,and getting all necessary information regards
to farm garbage disposal district - cont.on next page
