TOWN OF PROSPER February 59 1964
Council met with all members present. Minutes of last meeting
read and approved. C. G. Hays was appointed by the Council to
contact city attorney Alex Orr in regard to zoning property
east of Highway 289 for dwelling purpose only, which includes all
of old city limits.
Motion made by C. E. Bell, seconded by C. G. Hays, that all city
records be checked and all papers deemed not necessary to keep
for future records be destroyed. C. E. Bell was appointed to
check these records and destroy same.
Meeting adjourned.

TOWN OF PROSPER
Council met with all members present. Motion made by C. G. Hays
seconded by C. E. Bell that the minimum water bill be given tame
active members arf Prosper Volunteer -Fire Dept., all charges
above minimum charge are to be paid by said members. Furthermore
this motion includes that there shall be a -limit of twenty two
(22) active members who receive minimum charge free of cost.
Motion carried by unanimous vote.
Motion made by C.E. Bell, sec9nded by C. G. Hays, that the City
of Prosper pay a reward of $250.00 for the arrest and conviction
of person or persons committing arson within the corporate city
limits of said city of Prosper. Furthermore the required number
of placards be placed in business houses and proper places whereby
they may be easily seen. Furthermore this reward will be paid
from the General Fund of the City of Prosper. Motion carried
unanimously.
