Tuesday, October 30th, 1962, was called to the attention of the
Commission.
Mr. Skelton nominated Mr. Ralph C. Boyer to be
Secretary for) the unexpired term of Mr. Harper.. There
being no other nvrninations Mr. Boyer was appointed Secretary
by unanimous vote of all present.
The matter f st eet m rgveXnents was raised, and
a suggestion was made that the Clommissioners interview a
number of citizens, regarding a one-shot topping on the present
black -topped streets, it being apparenttthat there was no.hope at
present of getting a unanimous agreemnent on any of our streets,
for better paving. The Commissioners agreed to do this.
We were next visited by Mr. W. H. Moseley,
Superintendent of the Prosper Schools, with all seven members of
the Board of Trustees of the Prosper Independent School Dis-

The School Board asked that the Commission- cooperate
with them in building ai-Omaintaining a watera.nd sewer line to the
site of the new school plant, that is to be built on the East end of
the old Bob Mitchell farm, now owned by Roy Skelton.
After a full and free discussion it was agreed that
connection would be made with the present water and sewer
lines, after the territory had been made a part of the Town, and
that the lines would be laid either in streets or under proper ease -
ments. Mr. Skelton was appointed to confer with Attorney
Alex Orr, in company with Mr. Moseley, to obtain all proper in-
