-November 25th, 1954.
A Regular meeting of the Board of Commissioners of the
Town of Prosper was held in the office of the Mayor, in Prosper
State Bank Building, on November 25th,'1954, being the Fourth
Thursday in November, with the :following present, U.N.Clary.
Mayor, and Roy Skelton Commisdoner and D.C.-aeece, Commissioner.
Th meeting was called to order bythe Mayor.
All unapproved warrants, issued since the date of the last meeting,
were approved.

Commissioner Roy Skelton introduced an Ordinance,
AN ORDINANCE BY TNT, CITY COMMISSION OF THE CITY
OF PROSPER, TEXAS, A999TIM FOR AND ON BEFYk.LF
OF THE CITY OF RPOSPER, COLLIN COUNTY, TEXAS,
THE PROVISIONS.OF TITLE 1110 TEXAS REVISED CIVIL
STATUTE'S OF 192E , AND AMENDMENTS THERETO, RELA*
TING TO CITIES AND TOWNS.
The Ordinance was read in full. The motion to adopt
was seconded by Commissioner Reece, and, after the rule requiring
ordinances to be read at more than one meeting, was suspended,
the Ordinance was finally.passed, by the following vote;
Ayes, Mayor U.N.Clary, Commissioners Roy Skelton and D.C.Reece,
Noes, none.
A copy of said Ordinaz-ice was ordered made a part of
the minutes of this meeting, a copy ordered filed and recorddd is
the office of the County Clerk of Collin County, Texas. The copy
made wa part of this meeting was ordered filed in the recordsof
the Torn of Prosper, under Minute Page No. 198.
The meeting then adjourned.
