The Board of. Commissioners of -the To -an of Prosper
met in called session on September 29th, 1953, with.the follow-
ing present; U.N.Clary, Mayor, Roy Skelton Commissioner, and
D.C.Reece, Commissions Elect.
The meeting was called to order by the Mayor.
All unapproved warrants, issued singe the data of the last meeting,
were approved.
Mr. D.C.Reece. who was elected as Commissioner on
April 7th, 1953, qualified as -such by taking the Oath of Office,
which was ordered filed in the records of the Town, under Page No.
194.
An Ordinance was introduced, authorizing the Mayor
to convey, by Quit -Claim Deed, to Mrs. Virginia Shipley, a portion
of Hall Street, in the Town of Prosper, for a consideration of
$ 60.00.
Upon motion, dully seconded., this ordinance was duly
passed., by unanimous vote of all present, and a copy of the Ordi-
nance and deed was ordered made a part of tie minutes of this
meeting, and also ordered filed in the Words of the Town of
Prosper, under Minute Page No. 194.
The meeting then adjourned.
