February 2, 1950,
The Board of Commissioners of the Town of Prosper
met in called sesssion in the office of the Mayor, in Prosper
State Bank Building, an Febru4r 2, 1950, with the following
present; U.N.Clary, Mayor,,Roy S'-elton and W.H.Field, Com—
missioners.
The meeting was called to order by the Mayor.
All unappanved warrants, issued since the date of the last
meeting, were approved.
A resokution was introduced authoring the ?Mayor
to execute a deed to Robert L. Mitchell for pErts of First
Jtreet in the J.P.Mitchell Addition to the Town of. Prosper,
by Quit -Clain Deed.
A copm of said Resolution was *,rdered made a part
of the minutes of this meeting, and also ordered placed in
the records of the Town of Prosper, Under MinutePage No. 183.
