The Boar Oommissioners of the Town of Prosper
met in regular sessiot at the foffice of the mayor in the
Prosper State Bank Bldg., with the following present;
U.N.Clary, Mayor, A.E.Robison and W.H.Field, Commissioners,
The meeting was called to order by the Mayor.
All unapproved warrants, "istued since the date of the last
meeting, were approved.
An ordinaAe was introduced by Commissioner
A.E.Robison, who made a motion that the rule requiring all
Ordiances be read at more than one meeting, be suspended,
which motion being seconde, it was carried by the following
vote; Ayes, Commissioners, A.E.Robison and W.H.Field and
Mayor U.N.Clary, Noes, none.
Commissioner Field mode a motion that the
Ordinace be finally passed, which motion was dly seconded
by Com. Robison, The motion was carried by the following
vote, ftm Ayes, Commissioners W.F..FlielO and A.F.Robison,
and Mayor, U.N.Clary. Noes, noe.
The Ordin4ce was entitled.

FIXING RATES AND CHARGES FOR COMSUMPTION OF
WATER AFFORDED BY TH' WATE''WO KS SYSTEM OF
THF) TOWN OF PROSPER, TEXAS , AND PROVIDING FOR
TIC COLLECTION OF SUCH CHARGES AND FOR THE DIS*
POSITOJ OF SUCH SUMS COLLECTED.
It was ordered that a copy of such Ordi—
nance be made a part 6f the minutes of this meeting, and
said cope filed in the rexirds of thw Town of prosper,
