Crank do solemnly smear that I will faithfully and impartially discharge and perform the duties inour^kbent upon me as Commissioner of the Town of Prosper, according to the best of my skill and ability, agreeably to the Constitution and laws of the United States and of this State,- and I do further solemnly Samar that, since the adoption of the Constitution of this ate, I, being a citizen of this :Mate, have not four)it a duel with deadly weapons within this State, her out of it, not have I sent or accepted a challenr a duel with de.ndly weapons, nor have I acted as second in carry- ing a challenge, or •:idod, advised or ►ssisted any person thus offending; , and I furthermore solemnly w4:aer that 1 have not directly or -,indirectly, paid, offered or promised to pay, oantrib uteri, -,r promised to contribute }any money or valuable thing, or promised any T3ublio office or enploy,ent, as a ramrd for the diving, or withholding a vole s.t the election at which I was elected.
