2. PISD Superintendent Holly Ferguson introduction to the Board of Directors and staff.
3. Election of officers to the board of the PEDC.
4. Consider and Act on approval of Minutes from the January 20, 2021 PEDC board meeting.
5. Consider and Act on approval of PEDC Financial Report for the months of:
January 2021
February 2021
Take any additional action necessary.
6. Consider and Act on approval of PEDC Quarterly Investment Portfolio ending December 31, 2020.
Take any additional action necessary.
7. Discuss and Review the updated investment policy approved by Council on January 26, 2021.
8. Executive Director's Report: Administrative and Marketing Activities of the PEDC and Upcoming Events.
9. Confirm or Change the Next PEDC Board Meeting scheduled for Wednesday, April 21, 2021.
10. Convene into Closed Executive Session Pursuant to Texas Government Code;
o Section 551.087; Deliberation of Economic Development Negotiations to deliberate Commercial and Financial
Information and Economic Incentives relating to the following:
o Retail Development
o Office & Corporate Development
o Section 551.072; Deliberation of the purchase, exchange, lease or value of real property located:
o North of 380, west of Preston Rd., east of FM 1385, south of Frontier Parkway.
o Section 551.074; Deliberation of Personnel Matters related to the following:
o Staffing of Prosper EDC office
11. Reconvene into Open Session and Take Any Action Necessary as a Result of Closed Session Deliberations.
12. Adjourn.
