First Street, Prosper, Texas Tuesday, September 21, 2021, 6:00 p.m. Commissioners present: Chair Brandon Daniel, Vice -Chair Sarah Peterson, Secretary Chris Long, Doug Charles, Sekou Harris, Chris Kern, and Michael Pettis.
