2. Consider and act upon minutes form the November 17, 2009 Library Board meeting.
3. Citizens Comments
4. Review November 2009 budget and monthly report.
5. Review bylaws of the Community Library Board.
6. Review the Interlocal Agreement with the Prosper Independent School District.
7. Discuss future operational plans for the Community Library related to the opening of Reynolds Middle School
in August 2010.
8. Discuss short and long term planning strategies for the Prosper Community Library.
9. Receive a report from the Town of Prosper Board representative.
10. Receive a report from the PISD representative.
11. Receive a report from the Town Librarian.
12. Possibly direct Staff to schedule topic(s) for discussion at a future meeting.
13. Adjourn.
