A RESOLUTION OF THE TOWN COUNCIL OF THE TOWN OF PROSPER,
TEXAS, ADOPTING THE 2004 APPRAISAL ROLL AS CERTIFIED BY THE
COLLIN COUNTY APPRAISAL REVIEW BOARD, RESOLVING OTHER
MATTERS RELATING TO THE SUBJECT; AND PROVIDING AN
EFFECTIVE DATE.
WHEREAS, the Texas Property Tax Code, Section 26.09 (e) requires the Town Council to
adopt the Certified Tax Roll, and
WHEREAS, the Town received notification from the Collin County Appraisal Review Board
as to the certified roll as of July 21, 2004; and
WHEREAS, The Town Council of the Town of Prosper,Texas does hereby adopt the 2004
appraisal roll with a certified taxable value of $312,600,172.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE TOWN COUNCIL OF THE TOWN OF
PROSPER, TEXAS:
Section 1. That all matters stated in the preamble of this resolution are true and correct and
are hereby incorporated into the body of this resolution as if copied in their entirety.
Section 2. That the attached Exhibit A constitutes the 2004 official appraisal roll,containing
a net taxable value of $312,600,172.
Section 3. That this resolution is effective on the date of passage by the Town Council.
DULY PASSED AND APPROVED BY THE TOWN COUNCIL OF THE TOWN OF
PROSPER, TEXAS, on this 12th day of August, 2003.
