07-069 - RTOWN OF PROSPER, TEXAS RESOLUTION NO. 07-069 A RESOLUTION OF THE TOWN COUNCIL OF THE TOWN OF PROSPER, TEXAS HEREBY AUTHORIZING THE TOWN MANAGER OF THE TOWN OF PROSPER, TEXAS TO EXECUTE A LETTER AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE TOWN OF PROSPER AND 380 PARTNERS LTD. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE TOWN COUNCIL OF THE TOWN OF PROSPER, TEXAS: SECTION 1: The Town Manager of the Town of Prosper, Texas is hereby authorized to execute, on behalf of the Town Council of the Town of Prosper, Texas a Letter Agreement between the Town of Prosper and 380 Partenrs Ltd. for park improvement fee credits for the construction of the hike and bike trails within the Glenbrooke Estates, Phase 1 subdivision, in the amount of $128,322. Walter 8222 Douglas Avenue, Suite 250 Dallas, Texas 72552 RE: Letter Agreement — Glen6rooke Estates, Phase I Park Improvement Fees Dear Mr. Walter: On August 14, 2007, the Town Council approved a resolution authorizing a letter agreement between the Town of Prosper and 380 Partners Ltd., for the construction of the hike and bike trail starting at FM 1385 and traveling along the southern property line at a southeasterly direction to the southeast property corner of Glenbrooke Estates, Phase 1 and continuing along the eastern property line in a northeasterly direction to a point of termination. Upon completion and acceptance of these improvements, the Town of Prosper will make payment, in an amount not to exceed $128,322, for reimbursement of the actual construction cost. The Town of Prosper appreciates you're participation in this project. Your assistance allows for the future extension of hike and bike trails necessary to meet the growing needs of the community.
