A RESOLUTION OF THE TOWN COUNCIL OF THE TOWN OF
PROSPER, TEXAS, HEREBY AMENDING THE TOWN COUNCIL
RULES OF ORDER AND PROCEDURE SECTION 5.3A.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE TOWN COUNCIL OF THE TOWN
OF PROSPER, TEXAS:
SECTION 1: The Town Council of the Town of Prosper, Texas, is hereby amending the
Rules of Order and Procedure, Section 5.3a to read as follows:
"All persons wishing to speak on the matter shall be limited to three (3) minutes each,..."
SECTION 2: This Resolution shall take effect immediately upon its passage.
