85-11 O - Amending Zoning of Mulach Property ORDINANCE 85-11 AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE OFFICIAL ZONING MAP OF THE CITY OF PROSPER, TEXAS; AUTHORIZING THE USE OF CERTIAN PROPERTY IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE OFFICIAL ZONING MAP AS AMENDED AND . DECLARING AN EMERGENCE. WHEREAS, an application to change the zoning classification for certain real property located within the limits of the City of Prosper, Texas has been received by the City Council, and; WHEREAS, due notice of said application was given as required by law and a public meeting was held on said notice ; and, . . WHEREAS, the City Council. has .duly considered said application and any comments made at said .hearing,. IT IS THEREFORE ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY - OF PROSPER, TEXAS: SECTION _1 . The. official zoning map of the City of Prosper, Texas shall be amended by changing the following described property from a classification of Agricultural to a classification of Industrial : ( See attached legal description) SECTION 2. It shall be lawful to use said property for any -use permitted in the Industrial use classification as provided in the Ordinances of the City of Prosper, Texas . SECTION 3 . The City Engineer.. is hereby directed to make appropriate modifications to the official zoning map of the City. SECTION 4.
