98-03 R - Contracting with Telecom of Texas for Waterline Construction RESOLUTION NO.98-03
A RESOLUTION BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE TOWN OF PROSPER, TEXAS,
ACCEPTING THE CONTRACT WITH TELCOM OF TEXAS,INC.,FOR THE WATERLINE
CONSTRUCTION PROJECT AS COMPLETE.
WHEREAS, the Town of Prosper, Texas, has entered into a contract with Telcom of
Texas, Inc. for the waterline construction for the Town of Prosper, Texas; and
WHEREAS, representatives of the Town of Prosper and the consulting engineer have
reviewed the facility constructed as the waterline construction for the Town of Prosper;
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE TOWN
OF PROSPER, TEXAS, that the Town hereby formally accepts the work of Telcom of Texas,
Inc. as complete.
Upon motion by GRADY SMOTHERMON , seconded by RALPH BOYER , the
foregoing Resolution was passed and approved on this 7 nth day of ,TAN , 1997, by
