PROSPER, TEXAS; AUTHORIZING THE USE OF CERTAIN PROPERTY IN
— ACCORDANCE WITH THE OFFICIAL ZONING MAP AS AMENDED AND 1/40
DECLARING ITS EFFECTIVENESS.

WHEREAS, AN APPLICATION TO CHANGE THE ZONING Crl
CLASSIFICATION FOR CERTAIN REAL PROPERTY LOCATED WITHIN THE
CITY OF PROSPER, TEXAS HAS BEEN RECEIVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL,
AND;
WHEREAS, DUE TO NO'I'IHCAITON OF SAID APPLICATION WAS GIVEN
AS IS REQUIRED BY LAW AND A PUBLIC HEARING WAS HELD ON SAID
NOTICE, AND;
WHEREAS, THE CITY COUNCIL HAS DULY CONSIDERED SAID
'n APPLICAITON AND ANY COMMENTS MADE AT SAID HEARING.

IT IS THEREFORE ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PROSPER, TEXAS:
SECTION 1. THE OFFICIAL ZONING MAP OF THE CITY OF PROSPER,
TEXAS SHALL BE AMENDED BY CHANGING THE FOLLOWING DESCRIBED
REAL PROPERTY FROM A CLASSIFICATION OF SINGLE FAMILY TO
COMMERCIAL.
JOHN R. TUNNEY SURVEY, ABSTRACT 916, TRACT 3, #7 PASEWARK, 3.358
ACRES.
SECTION 2. IT SHALL BE LAWFUL TO USE SAID PROPERTY FOR ANY
USE PERMITTED IN THE COMMERCIAL CLASSIFICAITON AS PROVIDED IN
THE ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF PROSPER, TEXAS.
DSECTION 3. THE CITY ENGINEER IS HEREBY DIRECTED TO MAKE
APPROPRIATE MODIFICATIONS TO THE OFFICIAL ZONING MAP OF.THE '
CITY .
SECTION 4. THE CITY COUNCIL,HAVING DE I'ERMINED THAT THE
IMMEDIATE EFFECTIVENESS OF THE WITHIN ORDINANCE IS NECESSARY
TO THE PUBLIC WELFARE OF THE CITIZENS OF THE CITY OF PROSPER,
