AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE OFFICIAL ZONING MAP OF THE CITY OF 0
PROSPER, TEXAS; AUTHORIZING THE USE OF CERTAIN PROPERTY IN e
ACCORDANCE WITH THE OFFICIAL ZONING MAP AS AMENDED AND DECLAR—
ING ITS EFFECTIVENESS. `

WHEREAS, AN APPLICATION TO CHANGE THE ZONING CLASSIFICATION FOR
CERTAIN REAL PROPERTY LOCATED WITHIN THE CITY OF PROSPER, TEXAS HAS BEEN
RECEIVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL, AND;

BY LAW AND A PUBLIC HEARING WAS HELD ON SAID NOTICE, AND;
WHEREAS, THE CITY COUNCIL HAS DULY CONSIDERED SAID APPLICATION
AND ANY COMMENTS MADE AT SAID HEARING.
IT IS THEREFORE ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PROSPER,' TEXAS:
-----,) ' SECTION 1 . THE OFFICIAL ZONING MAP OF THE CITY OF PROSPER, TEXAS
SHALL BE AMENDED BY CHANGING THE FOLLOWING DESCRIBED REAL PROPERTY FROM
A CLASSIFICATION OF SINGLE FAMILY TO COMMERCIAL.
COLLIN COUNTY SCHOOL LAND, ABSTARCT 147,BLK/SHT 7 LOT/TR 116, 0.05600 ACRES
SECTION 2. IT SHALL BE LAWFUL TO USE SAID PROPERTY FOR ANY USE
PERMITTED IN THE COMMERCIAL CLASSIFICATION AS PROVIDED IN THE ORDINANCE
OF THE CITY OF PROSP , TEXAS.
SECTION 3 . THE CITY ENGINEER IS HEREBY DIRECTED TO MAKE APPROPRIATE
MODIFICATIONS TO THE OFFICIAL ZONING MAP' OF THE CITY.
SECTION 4. THE CITY COUNCIL, HAVING DETERMINED THAT THE IMMEDIATE
EFFECTIVENESS OF THE WITHIN ORDINANCE IS NECESSARY TO THE PUBLIC WELFARE
• OF THE CITIZENS OF THE CITY OF PROSPER, TEXAS, THIS ORDINANCE SHALL BECOME
Ei ECTIVE UPON ITS ACCEPTANCE BY THE CITY COUNCIL.
