85-04 O - Setting date, time and place for public hearing on annexation ORDINANCE 85-4 AN ORDINANCE SETTING THE DATE, TIME AND PLACE FOR A PUBLIC HEARING ON THE PROPOSED ANNEXATION OF CERTAIN PROPERTY BY THE CITY OF PROSPER, TEXAS, AND AUTHORIZING AND DIRECTING THE CITY SECRETARY TO PUBLISH NOTICE OF SUCH PUBLIC HEARING. BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE TOWN OF PROSPER, TEXAS: SECTION 1 . On the day of , 1985 at 7 :00 p.m. , in the City Hall of the Town of Prosper, Texas, the City Council will hold a public hearing giving all persons the right to appear and be heard on the proposed annexation by the City A of Prosper, Texas on the following described property: 16, TRACT 1 .
