AN ORDINANCE SETTING THE DATE, TIME AND PLACE FOR A
PUBLIC HEARING ON THE PROPOSED ANNEXATION OF CERTAIN
PROPERTY BY THE CITY OF PROSPER, TEXAS, AND
AUTHORIZING AND DIRECTING THE CITY SECRETARY TO
PUBLISH NOTICE OF SUCH PUBLIC HEARING.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE TOWN OF PROSPER,
TEXAS:
SECTION 1 . On the day of , 1985 at 7 :00
p.m. , in the City Hall of the Town of Prosper, Texas, the City
Council will hold a public hearing giving all persons the right
to appear and be heard on the proposed annexation by the City
A of Prosper, Texas on the following described property:
16, TRACT 1 . All that tract of land situated in Collin
County, Texas, being a part of the west one-half
of a 320 acre tract out of the John R. Tunney Survey
Abstract No. 916, conveyed to Sidna Rae McClain by
Bessie Baron, a widow, by deed recorded in Vol 610,
Page 344, of the Collin County Deed Records of Collin
County, Texas, said tract more fully described as
follows :

limrmioof May, 1985 at the City Hall in Prosper, Texas . The purpose
