Rates and Charges for Local Exchange Telephone Service Furnished
by Southwestern Bell Telephone Company.
WHEREAS, Southwestern Bell Telephone Company has appeared
before the City Commission and has shown that the rates and charges
for local exchange telephone service heretofore prescribed have proved
able

WHEREAS, the following schedule of rates will not produce
for said Company more than a fair return on the value of its said property,
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT ORDAIN' D BY THE CITY COMMISSIU T OF THE
CITY OF PROSPER:
Section 1 : Southwestern Bell Telephone Company shall place
in effect the following schedule of rates on its first billing date
after final passage of this ordinance :

shall remain as heretofore established except as superseded
by those rates and charges contained in the Schedule of
Miscellaneous Rates and Charges attached hereto and made a
part hereof.
