51-02 O - Establishing Southwestern Bell Telephone Rates h (� AN ORDINANCE REGULATING THE RATES OF THE SOUTHWESTERN BELL TELEPHONE COMPANY IN THE CITY OF PROSPER, TEXAS Present, U.N.Clary, Mayor, Roy Skelton, Commissioner, W.H.Fi:1d, Commissioner.
