N. Clary Mayor W. H. Field A. E. Robison Commissioners C. W. Harper Town Clerk present, and the following absent: Nona, constituting a quorum, when, among other proceedings had, were the following: Commissioner W. H. Field introduced the resolution and moved Its adoption. The motion was seconded by Commissioner A. F. Robison. The motion carrying with It the adoption of the resolution %NW prevailed by the following vote: AYES: Commissioners W. H. Field and A. E. Robison and Mayor U. N. Clary. NOES: None. The resolution is as follows: RESOLUTION CANVASSING RETURNS AND DECLARING THE RESULT OF AN ELECTION -'N THE W;UESTION OF THE I93UARCF. That said election was duly called; that notice was given in aoeordanee with law and in accordance with the resolution and order palling the election; that the election was held In accordance rith law; that due return of said election has been made by the nroper of- ficers; that said election has resulted favorably to the laeuance of said bonds; that a majority of the qualified voters who h:id duly ren- dered their property for taxation voting at said election have voted In favor of the issuance of said bonds. 16. 1. 2.
