Call to Order and Announce a Quorum is Present
1. Comments from Citizens. *
2. Consider and act upon the minutes from the August 17, 2026, board meeting.
3. Consider and act upon the PEDC Financial Report for the month of August 2026.
Take any additional action necessary.
4. Consider and act upon a Resolution approving the annual PEDC Investment Policy.
5. Update from Robyn Battle, Executive Director.
6. Marketing Updates.
7. Executive Director’s Update.
8. New Businesses Update.
9. Confirm or change the board meeting scheduled for Monday, October 26, 2026.
10. Thank and recognize outgoing board members Ray Smith and Chris Kern.
11. Recess into Closed Session in compliance with Section 551.001 et seq. Texas Government Code, as authorized by
the Texas Open Meetings Act, to deliberate regarding:
Section 551.087 – To discuss and consider economic development negotiations to deliberate commercial and
financial information and economic incentives related thereto.

Section 551.072 – To discuss and consider purchase, exchange, lease, or value of real property for municipal
purposes and all matters incident and related thereto.

Legal Firm and all matters incident and related thereto.

12. Reconvene into Open Session and Take any action necessary as a result of Closed Session Deliberations.

Note: The order in which items are heard on the agenda is subject to change
* If you wish to address the Prosper Economic Development Board, please fill out a “Public Meeting Appearance Card” and present it to the Chair, preferably before the
meeting begins. Pursuant to Section 551.007 of the Texas Government Code, individuals wishing to address the Prosper Economic Development Board for items listed
as public hearings will be recognized when the public hearing is opened. For individuals wishing to speak on a non-public hearing item, they may either address the
Prosper Economic Development Board during the Citizen Comments portion of the meeting or when the item is considered by the Prosper Economic Development Board.
* The public is invited to address the EDC on any topic. However, the EDC is unable to discuss or take action on any topic not listed on this agenda. Please complete a
“Public Comment Request Form” and present it to the PEDC Board President or staff member prior to the meeting. Comments are limited up to three minutes with a
cumulative total for Citizens’ Comments not to exceed 15 minutes.
