Church Street Prosper First Baptist Church Thursday, October 17, 2002, 7p.m, 00015 Those Present: Dann Riggs, Bob Jameson, Steve Witt, Karen Williams, Michelle McBride, Amy Drown and Julie Larios. Call to order: Chairman Darin Riggs called the meeting to order at 7:08 p.m. Call to Order/Roll Call. 2. Action on Approval of Consent Items, A. Minutes from October 1 st were read aloud. Motion to approve minutes by Bob Jameson, seconded by Steve Witt. Motion carried. B. Financials — Addition of Trails of Prosper Park Fees noted. Request for dates of deposits and expenses, and who requested payment be added to financial report. Motion to approve financials by Bob Jameson, seconded by Julie Larios. Motion carried. 4. Comments from Citizens. — Tim Wolfe outgoing Baseball Comissioner fro PSA and David Vestal incoming Baseball Commisioner for PSA. Discussion of new locations for available baseball fields after Middle School additions will take out one existing field. Board requested PSA to provide P & R with current needs list for fields. 5. Discussion regarding park fees. Review of existing ordinances in McKinney, Allen, Plano, and Frisco. 6. Discussion and possible action regarding Collin County Open Spaces Grant Award . None taken. 7.
