Call to 0rdcr and Announce a Q uorum is Present
Mayor David Bristol called the meeting to order, and Board President Chad Gilliland announced at 5:00 P.M.
that the PEDC had a quorum present, including Board Secretary Jeffrey Yates, Treasurer Ray Smith, Vice
President Don Perry and board members, Grant Mendeljian, Mayor David F. Bristol and Chris Kern were
present.
1. Adjourn
Ray Smith made a motion to adjourn. The motion was seconded by Board President Chad Gilliland and approved
7-0 by all board members present. The Joint Work Session meeting adjourned at 6:05 P.M.
