First Street, Prosper, Texas Thursday, November 13, 2025 1. Consider and act upon Ordinance 2025-59 canvassing the returns and declaring the results of the November 4, 2025, Special Election. (MLS) Ms. Lewis Sirianni presented the results of the Special Election reflecting combined totals from both Collin and Denton County regarding Propositions A through F with Propositions A and F passing and Propositions B through E failing.
