1. Consider and act upon Ordinance 2025-59 canvassing the returns and
declaring the results of the November 4, 2025, Special Election. (MLS)
Ms. Lewis Sirianni presented the results of the Special Election reflecting combined
totals from both Collin and Denton County regarding Propositions A through F with
Propositions A and F passing and Propositions B through E failing.

Councilmember Ray made a motion to approve Ordinance 2025-59 canvassing the returns and
declaring the results of the November 4, 2025 Special Election as presented. Deputy Mayor Pro -
Tern Kern seconded the motion. Motion carried with a 6-0 vote.
Adjourn.
The meeting was adjourned at 5:07 p.m.
