They were a,,,;proved* 'The Mayor introduced Dick Bosworth,, attorney for hays -Hart R Co., representing the Texas Tax Data Inc* Ile explained their services for collecting delinquent taxes. Motion was made by Dan Christie that we sign a contact with Texas Tax Data,, Inc. anJ pass the Ordinance 1130-20 for recoupment of the 15%0 cost of collecting -the delinquent taxeso Seconded by Cecil Norris and carried unanimouslyo Notice will be publicized in the McKinney Courier Gazette informing the citizens of Prosper of this agreement* The effective date for the first letter sent to delinquent tax payers from Texas Tax ')ata) Inc. will be August 1, 1930* The L�inancial Report, Statements of Incom e, and Balance ')heets were reviewed and accepted. 'The Mayor reported progress being made on the repair of the overhead water tank and requested Cecil Norris to make periodic inspections,, Motion by Dan Christie that the water and sewer line connection fee be increaset, to $135-00 each and that the extens"on of lines to the tap -in iould be at the expense of the property owner, Seconded by 3tinley Webb and carried ananimouslyo, T he Council agreed to a minimum water deposit for commercidl use of "4)'100.00 or a -Lee equal to three months consumption, whichever is the greatest. Motion by Ban Christie, second, Cecil Norris and passed unanimously, Motion by Danny Webb to give Mayor Ralph Boyer authority to borrow money t* 0 is 'L.) pay for the Water Tank and Well House repair. 3econded by )an hr- tie ani carried unanimously. "It is hereby resolved that the Commissioners have authorized the making of loan from Prosp ,, or State Bank in an amount not to exceed the expenditures for repair of the overhead water tank and well house, repaying the loan in the sil of $1000.00 a month. Mrs. Gilmer request to place a mobil home behind her liou.se for reason of occupancy was denied by council,. Motion by Dan Christie to allow Jack Perry to move in a house on Fifth ani Main Streets and to meet standards listed on T,3uilddmg Permit #3-30.
